Trash-Land-Art in honour of World Ocean Day 2017 made of 2000+ discarded flip-flops installed on a wild beach on Lantau Island, Hong Kong. The flip-flops are not coloured or changed in any way; they are merely sorted by colour and re-arranged into a new visual reality.
“Art makes you perceive the unknown as known, the familiar as strange. It is like walking in someone else’s shoes, like looking at the world through someone else’s eyes. Art changes perception and inspires change.”
